Admission Process

A simple step-by-step guide to enrolling your child at Safari International School. We are here to support you at every stage of the journey.

How it works

A careful process for a confident start.

Every family begins with an expression of interest and a campus tour. Once you are ready to enroll, we complete the student profile with you, confirm placement, issue the offer letter, schedule orientation and clear your child to start only when all requirements are complete.

Stage 1

Expression of interest

Tell us about your family and your preferred campus. You can start online from home or complete the enquiry form with our team when you visit a Safari campus.

Information we collect

  • Parent or guardian name, email address and phone number.
  • Place of work, area of residence and preferred campus location.
  • Child's date of birth, nationality and any learning or support needs.

What happens next

Your enquiry is assigned to the relevant campus admissions contact. You receive a welcome email with key school information and an invitation to choose a campus tour date and time.

Stage 2

Campus tour

Your tour is the best way to understand daily life at Safari. You see the facilities for your child's age group, meet the team and ask practical questions about programmes, fees and logistics.

Tour confirmation

Once you select a tour slot, a calendar confirmation is sent to you and the campus team with the date, time and campus location. Admissions will also reconfirm before your visit.

During your visit

The admissions team and Head of School guide you through the campus, explain the curriculum and answer your questions so you can make an informed decision.

After the tour

You receive a follow-up email with the current price list, Parent Handbook, Grade Placement Policy and academic calendar. If you are still deciding, we continue to share helpful information over the following weeks.

Stage 3

Enrollment

When you are ready to proceed, enrollment takes place at school. The admissions team completes the student profile with you and verifies the information needed for placement, safety and communication.

Documents and details

  • Passport copy for date of birth verification.
  • Legal guardian details and authorised collection list.
  • Medical information, allergies, medications and emergency contacts.
  • Previous school reports, transcripts and social media consent.

Placement and offer letter

Your child's date of birth is used to confirm classroom placement in line with the school's Placement Policy. You review all details on screen before the offer letter is generated.

Digital signing and verification

You read and sign the offer letter on screen, then verify by email that the offer letter has been signed, school policies have been acknowledged and the information provided is accurate and complete.

Stage 4

Welcome and onboarding

After verification, your child is placed on the classroom list and you receive an enrollment confirmation email with the practical information needed to prepare for school.

Confirmation email includes

  • Confirmed class placement and invoice for fees due.
  • Terms and conditions, Parent Handbook and academic calendar.
  • School bag contents guide and start preparation details.

Orientation

Families joining at the start of the academic year complete mandatory parent orientation in August. Mid-year enrollments receive a one-on-one orientation session with the Head of School before the child begins.

Stage 5

Clearance to start

A child may begin only when all start conditions are complete in the admissions dashboard. This keeps every child's first day properly prepared and protects the safety checks around attendance, drop-off and collection.

Three conditions must be complete

  • Signed and verifiedOffer letter digitally signed and confirmed by parent email verification.
  • Fees receivedAll fees for the term or academic year received in full.
  • Orientation completeParent orientation scheduled and completed.

Clearance email

Once all three conditions are met, the system sends your clearance to start email. Your child is cleared to begin from the next school day.

Teacher and app activation

The class teacher receives your child's profile, medical summary, authorised collection list and admissions notes. Your child's attendance and drop-off app profile is activated at the same time.
